Shipping policy
Processing Time Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Print-on-demand items (mugs and tumblers) are fulfilled by Printful and may require additional production time of 2–5 business days before shipping.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for orders within the US:
- Standard Shipping — $8.00
- Express Shipping — $15.00
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $70.00 or more
For select products, a flat rate of $7.95 applies for the contiguous US, and $13.99 for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
International Shipping We ship select items internationally through Printful. Shipping rates vary by destination and product. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
